Paint Theory is a locally owned business that specializes in interior and exterior residential painting projects throughout Southern NJ. At the conceptual phase of your project, we take the time to listen to your specific needs and create a plan that fits your individual circumstances.
We maintain an expert staff, year round, of only 6-10 painters, because our primary focus is on producing quality outcomes through skilled application, use of top-notch materials, and by providing you with our full attention. We set such an extremely high bar through internal company standards, that we choose to focus exclusively, on one project at a time.
For those reasons, we can only do a limited number of homes each year. You won't see our company represented on a TV commercial, on the radio, or anything else that seems, "commercialized," because in a rush, rush world there's still some things that you've got to take slow - painting is absolutely one of them.
"Who is Kevin Daly?"
Paint Theory is an off-shoot of HomeGlowPros Painting of Princeton, which was established 7 years ago, by then owner, Kevin Daly. Kevin is a New Jersey native, born and raised in South Jersey. He has 15 years experience in various fields of construction management and has grown 4 separate construction related companies that generate over a million dollars in revenue annually.
More specifically, he is a managing member of HomeGlowPros commercial painting of Princeton, sole owner of PaintTheory painting of Avalon, founder of CHL team (a course that teaches you how to start a Christmas light installation business), and creator/ programmer of PaintersRx™ estimating software. Through his hard work and perseverance, PaintersRx™ estimating software has recently become the main engine of growth that fuels his other businesses and has allowed Kevin to explore his entrepreneurial passions. The software is sold exclusively to painting contractors through the Udemy platform where Kevin boasts over 2,200 students. He expresses a passion for continual learning and takes great pride in his work, insisting on personally estimating, selling, and managing all of his residential paint jobs to ensure that Princeton-Quality-Painting makes it way to South Jersey, via Paint Theory.
In his spare time you can find him with his family - his wife Amanda and 6 children (Eden, Phoenix, Travis, Devin, Dublin, and Dane). He also enjoys watching mixed martial arts and boxing events with his 2 brothers and father on the weekends (garage time!). In recent years he was also a licensed amateur boxer, a casino dealer, and an electrical line worker. He's made it his personal mission to change the stigma and lack of trust that surrounds the painting industry, one methodical step at a time. I hired Paint Theory to paint my historic town house. Kevin and his team did an excellent job of scraping and cleaning, doing some carpentry, and painting intricate woodwork. They showed up on time and worked hard. Kevin could have passed on some additional carpentry and cleaning costs to me, but he didn't do that and stuck with the originally quoted price.
